Waiting quests dont work

At least the 3 last waiting quests dont finish,even though you meet the requirements.

First was buff a friend, ok button never came
then it was donate food,also didnt work
and now it s the quest ran aground

i am sure there was more,but same thing,none of them work,so either remove them from game,or make them work please

nevermind,apparently you have to cancel the daily quest,for the waiting quests to get active,which is stupid,as no tooltip says this

waiting, waiting.. let me see what waiting means... oh yes it means they are waiting....but waiting for what??
