hi,
i bought some gems but i still get anything and my paysafecard says its transferred.
I ticketed support 2 times hope someone will handle it.
Extra info is sended with the tickets to support

Gem updates can be slow liek a couple of hours.
Ticket support is very busy as well. so dont expect results within the day.

theres ur problem if its the same ticket u just keep bumping to bottom of queue and if its new one ur flooding em

well 1 make sure ur sending it under payment issues in support second only send the ticket once and wait for a responce you wont get a responce now till monday afternoon as they dont work on weekend..

Support have always got back to me when I've sent a ticket. Show some patience when you send the first one and they WILL deal with it. It's the weekend now. They won't be there until tomorrow

Not only is it the weekend, it's also a bank holiday weekend, so don't expect any reply until Tuesday or Wednesday.

its bankholiday in the uk isnt the game based in germany have they a holiday too?

UK staff work UK hours and UK holiday times.
Either way, it's a busy weekend. More tickets could be opened due to it being a bank holiday, so they may be busier than usual after the weekend.
Don't expect full service to resume until Tuesday or Wednesday.
