Newfoundland Realm 1 Complete how do I get to Realm 2

I have just secured the last sector in Realm 1 of Newfoundland and expected to be given a link to Realm 2 but I am now just increasing resources in Realm 1. Am I missing something to move forward. Can anyone explain.
