What is the best way to use a single grain silo?

Hiya Stoof,

The silo is a good piece to have cos it can save having to build wheat fields every morning, but its all about balancing levels. A level 1 silo will keep a field permanently stocked for a level 1 farm and the same thru all the levels. Alternatively a level 5 silo can keep 1 field stocked for 5 level 1 farms. As with everything in this game its about keeping your production chain in balance. Good luck.

stoof I find that thinking of the silo as a farm in reverse helps :)

I also found it better to place the silo closer to the storage than the farm that way the silo keeps up with or is faster than the farm
