Stuck at 'TIp of the Day'

Hi there,

Ever since the maintenance on Thursday morning I've been unable to log in, I get stuck at the 'tip of the day' window. Originally It was stuck on the 'initialising login queue', so I cleared my cache & cookies thinking that might solve it. Now however it opens the 'Tip of the day' window but without any form of text at the bottom informing me what it's up to.

Any assistance would be great,

I had this, as have many others. Mine started 6 days on a weekend before the easter event and ended when they put on the new patch for the easter event. Unfortunately that was never any resolution and no reason why it occured, it just ended on the patch day for me. I still get stuck sometimes with the tips overlayed over blue and a refresh sorts it out but there's no definite fix I've found.

During my six days of downtime I tried chrome, firefox, safari and internet explorer, cleared all the cache, cookies etc and tried various computers in the house and nothing fixed it, it just went away on a patch day.

There is something wrong on the server end making this happen to people but as yet no one knows what it is or why it happens, it just happens to random people. If people say I'm wrong about this then I'd love to hear an explanation of what the problem is and how it can be successfully fixed other than clear cache/cookies :)

Exactly the same problem happens to me - tried firefox, opera, explorer, chrome and always the same thing - stuck at the tip of the day... Any solutions yet ?

One more stucker here. Ican play fine on my windows desktop but my ubuntu laptop gets stuck with any browser. Tried clearing cache, deleting cookies but nothing is working for me. Even my phone wont get stuck but playing is really dificult on it. I have even tried to disable diferent plugins but the game wont load. I'll have to try and boot this in XP and try if it works.

Are we all trying to play on linux? What OS are you using?

Otherwise, your best option is contacting support, and provide them with as much information as possible
