No new building licenses

i have freed the next sector but i haven't obtained any building license in the star menu
and obviously i didn't use it already
please help me on that

The building licenses will go to you in a mail, you then accept the mail and you will see them appear in the star menu. If you believe they have not appeared, then please contact support - click the gear icon under your avatar, then "Support", then "Contact Form" at the bottom.
