Can not access the game

I just created an account and tried to play but when I press the "Play Now" button I`m redirected to a page with a loading screen on it but the loading bar never loads.It stops before it reaches the bridge.Any ideas?

No idea... As I have the same problem:-(

I have managed to log in a few times, but then get disconnected. Your best bet is contacting support - let them know what browser you are using, which country you are based, and which service provider you use...

I can access the forums, like you, but not the game itself:-(

If you cannot access support from the front page contact them on account-support@thesettlersonline.com from the eMail address that you used to register.
