Bugged location

i built the cutter, it worked fine. i captured sector 5, and it started doing this (see picture). i destroyed it, rebuilt it, it cut at least 1 tree, then i see this again. i'll move the building, but don't build there, it's bugged!

the location is at the top of sector 2

Aah yes, the "Bermuda Triangle". That bug's as old as the game.
