System did not count my day 7

I'm active every single day,today was my seventh day in a row, and the system counted it as day 1 instead of day seven, and i didn't get my 45 gems. I'm a free but very active player and I count on my gems every 7 days.

I hope you can see my log in's, and resolve this.
