What does buffs and buffed mean?

Buffs are fishplatters/sandwiches/baskets that you produce in your provisions house that doubles the production of the buffed building without doubling the use of resources for 30min/2hours/6hours. You can also buy buffs with gems or with event items(like fotballs) that last longer and more tham doubles production. If you buff a friends building it will last 50 % longer( ie. fishplatter 45 min, sandwich 3hours and basket 9 hours), so it might be a good idea for you and a friend to buff eachothers building.
