Problem with getting TSO to load

Hi - I can't get TSO to load using firefox on my PC (it load fine on IE on the PC and firefox on the laptop). I've cleared cookies but still just get a white screen when trying to load. Any ideas?

Hi Albert,

Have you updated Flash recently? Do you have a Flash extension for Firefox?

If you can't find a solution, I suggest contacting support. They should be able to help you.

Ah yes - flash updated to 11.3 r300 on 11 June. Anybody else having problems?

Uninstalled and reinstalled flash - works now
