Experiance(on lvl bar)

I understand you can see xp gained at a lvl+xp needed to next lvl by clicking your lvl bar uynder your avtar.However i see nothing on doing this on my lvl bar.How can i resolve this?

its displayed on mouse-over so hover over the bar and it will show

yes,can do that on other things but doesnt work on my xp bar.

refreshng page,restarting does not allow me to mouse over and see my xp,can anyone help at all??
