you can log in, and then you are unable to press the play now button this has been happening now for 2 days
could we please have some information on how this issue can be resolved thank you

Had this earlier myself had to update adobe flash player
i'm also having problems, I have the latest flash player installed. I can login using my facebook account but can't press play but if I try to use my uplay account, it just will not log in.
All I get is a script error, as follows:

in your navigation bar change this ( http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/homepage ) to this (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/play) it worked for me
It seems to be "mission impossible" to get to play these days, i just wonder why we dont get any info about what the problem are ?? here in denmark i havent been able to log in to the game for almost 4 days now..
Using the /en/play link is alright for the facebook login but it does not help with my other account. Can any mods get some info from the devs and are they going to compensate us for this?

/en/play link does NOT work on straight browser login. 4 days locked out, no sticky from BB on this, no news, no recognition? Don't mind odd problem in F2P beta but come along on the communication/recognising problem front chaps

I very much appreciate that you have taken the time to read and reply on the threads. That said, support is doing nothing. No one has bothered to even let us know if they have taken notice of this major problem that is OBVIOUSLY a game created problem. All of these people did not go and change their computer configs so that suddenly the game won't work for them. This needs to be addressed and fixed. It is not possible for everyone to update to the newest version available of google chrome or to get a faster internet connection or whatever the problem is. If the game was working one day and then it wasn't.... they changed something. I think the least anyone is asking for is confirmation that the problem has been recognized and someone has been assigned to look into a resolution. So that they don't lose paying customers like myself and many others on here. The only reason I am even still around is because I have invested a fair amount of time and money into it and I'm not quite ready to walk away, but I'm getting there.
Is it asking to much for someone to recognize there is a problem?
