Titanium Deposit vs Smelter

Hi guys,

Can someone please explain this to me?
At lvl 35 I can build a titanium smelter but I can't get the deposit before lvl 52.

Currently lvl 50 is the max, so it is not possible to find titanium deposits. The only wat to find titanium is through adventures, though most people don't bother with the titanium smelter as it considered uneconomical to run. Hope that helps some.

I have a similar opinion about steel takes too long easier to trade well and buy swords when needed !!
