hi
i have noticed there are some people always sell same items all "whole day", at least until they turn off computer.
how it is possible? it is ok for u? i dont know this feature and if it is possible,can explain me?
i think it is "hack" (script) and it isnt correct to use it. what do u think about it? ban these people is minimum acceptable...

1) parrot cheat is worse and still not fixed
2) some play lots of hours and so will repost trades a lot
3) yes, there are a few scripts out there that do this- alas, to ban you need some sort of proof that it is scripted and not someone reposting same trade lots of times during the day- without spy software (which is illegal to use) this is very hard to proof, unlike the parrot cheat which can be traced in the database or through observation of known users

i prefer non scripted trader versus outside scripting but i prefer more to have a better and more flexible tradesystem where i can post that i want to sell 15k of an item @ price per item and needers buy what they need from the stack till it is finished. i couldnt care less if people buy 10 or 7000 of item x, if i want to sell 10000 i will keep selling till i reach the mark

its true,but isnt possible every five minutes when i refresh trade, i notice same seller with same items offer...if it is possible to check...i think mod or admin can do it

if people report staff about some suspect users, it is possible for them check if they are cheating or not...but if isnt possible for staff to check players,it is useless report nickname of probably cheaters...

scripting is hard to check- only way you can more or less get an idea is by sending whispers to player to check if they are there- which is not a 100% proof that they are not there (i regularly miss whispers or ignore em if i am busy with other things and just tab in and out of game as well) so to ban someone because they seem to be using a script to post trades and do not answer whispers would seem very harsh (and labor intensive)

This could solve part of the scripted trading but if they decide to use manpower for this, i hope they use that manpower first to crack down on the parrot/refill dupers as that has far bigger impact on game and market than scripted trading but i agree it would be nice to have a level playing field in trade as well

mmmmm,i think by now is better to wait new tradesystem...it is too boring that...i thought staff can use advanced tools for "unmask" cheaters :)
