I have an idea that myself and nom1975 think would be beneficial to the game.

How many time do you get a adventure that you know your not going to do and you know you can't sell or trade it for love nor money !!!!!!

how about setting up a map recyler in the town hall to shred the maps and turn them back into map fragments ;)

good idea! I like it :)

As long as they don't over do it, it could be a good idea.

25% return to match the other recycling options.
Sons of the Veldt would return 50 fragments, for example.

Probably been suggested many many many times before

But would it be possible to change the delete function on adventures in the starmenu to give 10% of the adventures Mapfragments cost back upon deletion? (Some adventures are simply impossible to sell tbh as hardly anyone ever does them)

I would totally delete at least half my adventures in my star menu if that happened lol

But it would maybe be nice to make them more atracktive. As I understand it part of the reason people dont do them is the over nerfing of them that happened last year. It was before my time.
I dont do wild mary and not very many gunpowder,- and rarely any Co-ups. On the almost never do list is also arctic explsion.

I dont really get the BB policy on this- for me it somethimes looks as if they try to nerf and tamber with the ones players like to do (like rb) rather than to undo some of the too eager nerfing.

10% of the initial map fragment cost is pretty hard to calculate when the original cost was not in map fragments. Players would not be happy to see that leading to a potential conversion rate of 20 gems = 1 map fragment.

Me either. If I was in charge of the adventure aspects I would be querying the database looking for which adventures are least played, and consider changing them or removing them. I would expect there is a huge gap between the usage of the most popular and the least popular. The data would speak for itself.

That´s true,so let us think of a shop that buys adventures (which can be bought for fragments) for fragments... A second Hand Adventure shop...

PS:this autocorrection is really disturbing...

The problem is that it is the same adventures everyone whants to get rid of.

Logically this or something like it would free up a large chunk of of the database there must be tens of thousands of adventures sat in star menu's, it has been suggested before in all sorts of formats, I'd still prefer a special building to convert useless adventures into something else whether that be map fragments or just paper.

Well realistically they most likely have a single row for the adventure in the star menu and a count of how many are owned - so there's a good chance it would free up nothing.

I personally would like them to improve the adventures to make them more likely to be played. It seems to me this would have to be simpler than creating an entirely new adventure and the improved choice can only be a good thing in terms of playability.

I wanted to suggest the same thing, but given there are not that many comments here (and no apparent feedback from BB on this) I guess not that many people are interested.

Maybe if this were titled "Recycling Adventures into Map Fragments" it would get more traction?

there is another thread on this (actually more than one i suspect) that all need to be merged

i bet everyone one out there is the same as me and has tonnes of unwanted advs cluttering up their star menu heres an idea why not have some sort of "cash in" shop for old advs receiving some map fragment in return?

or an adv recycling building turning unwanted advs into paper or mapp frags or anything really

and what u would buy for that MF?
Basicly i have no problem with that but i really do not understand what u can aquire for MF.... i mean RB/BK/VLT advs can be obtained by an explorer search and now i am full of them just due to the woodcutter non existent in the mercant for MF....

so, if there would be a woodcutter to buy for the MF i would be for,
else i see no sense as MF can be produced by you easly and chiply and nothing interesting to buy for them....

I dont know is this a new idea or not, because i hardly read forums. So if its already sugessted i forward it again.

Most of the games are economicly not viable to play any more. Either with daily adventure quests you can make them more attractive to play (additional xp or goods ) or with much easier alternative we should be able to recycle the games to the map fragments in the provision house

Map frags too are pretty useless to most over lvl 50 players so something should be done to utilise them - maybe have an adventure box (more expensive) for higher level maps?

I hope your not trying to tell me it's better to run VLT for its granite drops than running several RB for the same reason.

It is a good idea. Maybe a premium building given out in an event?
And while i would like a 25% return, i suspect that it would need to be nearer 10% due to the huge amount of adventures some people have.

or even something similar but different, like books, although that does go a step over.

The reason for this suggestion is to stop the game being flooded with map fragments ;)
So any way they can be recycled would be good.
