coper mine problem

Hi I try to build copper mine on the new copper deposit but i can't. when i click on the copper mine icon in the intermediate building but on screen shown only button cancel action and copper mine don't pop up and i cannot place it over copper deposit. I try other buildings and they work ok. what i should do?

ok i found the problem. Some kind problem with mozila- changed browser and everything is ok
