Hi my player name is Stulla and I'm trying to add a friend of mine he just started playing how can I do that
He cannot find me and I cannot find him???
Please help....

He may of accidentally joined the wrong server. The server name/realm is at the top of the browser page.

Can't he switch servers or should he make a new account?

mouse over it it will pop-up the server name.
For you it should show Newfoundland

Can you delete the current game progress and start over again in different server with the same account?
Or you must create a new account and start over again???

Contact support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support), they should erase your account so you can restart on a new server.
