Missing gems..... :(

I've sent my explorer for a treasure hunt.

As it was taking 6hrs, i used the gems to speed up the process

So once I used the gems it was showing less than 2hours.

When I logged back in I had to wait for 3hrs and all my gems are not returned.

Someone pls fix this.
