Gift level difference

Hello
I sent as a gift directly from the trader the Aventure Black Knights to a player of level 35.
He cannot accept it because he is not level 42 and now the gift is blocked, sent from me but not received.
Does this have an expiry period or it will stay there till the guy gets to lvl 42?

Not sure if there is an expiry time on the gifted adventures,all I can say is I was sent one on the 20th March and its still sat in my mail,waiting for me to get the required level for me to accept it

It will stay there until he accepts it (I can tell you from experience) :).
