chat loading fail

When i tray to log in game my chat got a fail load,and i don't know hove to fix it.
Start to thinking that i get chat ban,but no reason for it.
any sugesstion will help me..

Please try and clear your cache and cookies.
Check if you have the latest updates for flash and your browser.
I would also strongly suggest you ask Support to change your name to something a little more appropriate.
