Counterfeit membership problem

Hello

I bought the Counterfeit membership to be guild member. After I used it to Guild house (Guild CS and i used it on admins island) it turns to grey and it was all. Its still in star menu (grey).

I tried refresh browser and logout/log in and it didnt help - card was gold and after using is grey again...
