Server Call Failed -- Connection to server lost

OK, I'm getting very fed up with being kicked every now and then, and sometimes not able to connect at all. The same messages come up every time, then i'm unable to log in for hours/day. It does not happen during peek hours for TSO, so I don't imagine it's overloaded or anything.

I've been playing fine every day for weeks and just in the last few days been getting this a LOT. I've not updated anything manually, so pretty sure nothing has changed on my end. I've cleared all cache, cookies, history, everything in 4 different browsers: Chrone, Firefox, opera, IE. I've clear chache in flash player, and nothing changes what happens.

I've checked with my ISP, and my connection is 'satisfactory', no reason i should experience any technical/connection/bandwidth issues.

So please look at fixing this issue.

OK... Further investigating has revealed that I appear to be getting kicked whenever I accept a friend request from a certain player (Won't give name, as I understand can't name people here?)

So perhaps this is due to a hacked/bugged/banned player account?
Or due to me having too many on friend list? (NEGATIVE - checked and people have more friends on list than me)

This happened to me, turned out it is Firefox. IE fixed it...

I have same problem, but it happens only on Ubuntu 12.04 and Firefox. On MacOSX and WinXP with Firefox it is working OK. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Possibly, get Firefox to drop it's security level for this site, it can get rather shirty with certain popup screens, eg frd rqst.

Conqueror Maximus; I'm running on Ubuntu 12.04 also, have no issues like this in Chrome!
