log in has to be refreshed everytime

i have to refresh every time i log in, it goes through the loading screen then stops, when i refresh it works ok, using latest firefox, anyone know what the problem is?

Hi Guys,

Please try emptying your cache and cookies and loging back into the game.
If that does not work you can try updating your version of Flash, checking for hardware updates and contact support for help.

Actually, no offence JB, but sometimes it's the latest Flash that is the problem. Sometimes going back to an earlier version clears problems like this.
It also seems to be picking fights with RealPlayer too, so if you have that installed, try disabling any RealPlayer tasks in the Task Manager, especially the RP Downloader.
