Can't enter this game......Ask for help~~~~~~~

After I login the website , I clicked the "Play Now" bottom , but the game not loading or connecting . The window is empty and it just stops with the message at the bottom saying "done"......I found a thread which concerning same problem , and I follow the administrator's advice , I've cleared the cache and cookies , updated the Adobe flashplayer to ver.11 , but nothing works !

Did you try a different web browser?
Some ppl had problems with explorer. I have had problems with firefox.
And if nothing works, maybe you can mail to support from support page and Im sure they will help you out. GL

What time did you try this? The site was in maintenance earlier on.

I can enter the loading page after maintenance (8:40 uk time) , but I can't enter it for now ...

Help!!! Same problem here. No matter what browsew I try all I get is a blank screen. I updated DirectX and video drivers (as suggested) but to no efect. Here is a message Exprorer gave me in details
