Can't upgrade any building in tutorial at level 14

I've joined game this week and tried to solve quests as they have been shown in Quests list. Now I achieved level no. 14 and I can't solve quest "Upgrade any building." I Upgraded one of the pinewood foresters to level two, but quest is shown as incompleted and I don't have any marbles and hardwood planks to upgrade any other building.

Can i upgrade any building in other way or I have to reset game and start again?

you can make extra planls and marble in provision house if you need em as wellI can't. Creating marble is allowed on upper level than mine.

Thank you for your advice. I cleared all cache and cookies from my browser and logged in again. I'm sorry, but quest is still unfinished.
