Guild Quest not completing!

My Guild Celts has completed the Ore Collectors quest, 15 out of 15 have finished it but it is not moving us onto the next quest or giving us the rewards... We are stuck, possible bug?

I am having same problems I have completed daily quests for pass 2 days my actions are not registering and no rewards. What can we do about this anyone?

Here we are on the 3rd September and the Ore Collectors Quest is still not fixed. Very disappointing response from the technical team. :-(
