global 1 + background sound

since yesterday I get to global-1 all the time when I log in.
I do /joinchat global-3 and then go to global 3.
When I log out and back in I'm again on global-1.
Also the background sound is turned on everytime again when I log in.

Normally these problems where only there when there has been maintenance.
Is there a solution?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

yep, cleared cookies and cache, but still have the problem.

If you don't have enough memory reserved for flash cache, it will keep resetting. Increase the flash cache and it should retain the settings.

I've put flash cash to unlimited for settlers. (it uses 2 kB). Problem still persists. :(

tried it with IE instead of chrome and then it works.

Tierarzt, thanks for getting me on the right trail. It was the internal flash player of chrome causing the problem.

I heard more people over this problem.
