No more chat...

Hi,
Since yesterday the chat window seems to bug; there is only the News section left. I can't trade or chat anymore. Is this a general problem linked to the stress test? It's quite disturbing not to be able to trade anymore...

Don't know if its same for you, alton and Nurili, but the chat window reappeared yesterday... Problem solved for me!

I have the same problem. Can anybody answer if this is a general problem or we have to do something?

Could it be related to the amount of someones building licences? It happened when I had none left, and solved itself when some of my mines went empty; I now have 3 building licences left and I can trade...

The chat window sometimes disappears when you inadvertently opened more than 2 windows in playing the game. It has happened to me more than once especially if you are playing the game and have to relog to enter the forum and then press play again when exiting, forgetting that you are alreaqdy in the game. What you play on the 2nd open game window does not register. Make sure you do not have more than one version open at the same time involving the same game by checking browser and deleting second game from it. Also ask in chat help window - many have experience the same problem and will know the answer.

I still don't have chat, haven't seen it for 3 days, and I got 8 building licenses free. And I don't have the game open on several computers or on several windows. :I

The problem remains. I sent an email to support team and i took an auto response email that they work from monday to friday. So tommorow will see...

Have you guys tried deleting your cookies and cache?

You might want to try updating your flash player as well.

Could you also let me know if you tried playing the game on a different browser? IE , Chrome, Firefox?

Please keep me updated on the situation.

I have deleted all my cookies and cache, my flash player (adobe) is up to date. I'm playing on Firefox, I havn't tried any other browser, but it worked great not so long ago! (EDIT: I just tried Explorer 9, didn't work)
It still isn't working...

EDIT2: I've logged in and out several times, didn't work

I had a same problem, and simple logout and login in solved the problem :)
