Pinewood cutter not working

Hi! I have a level 3 Pinewood cutter in the first Sector that is not employed, although I have unemployed settlers.

I am in Sandycove (Realm 3).

You probably upgraded it while there was no settler in it. It's just a display bug, because the building still works.
