Cann't delete 3 storehouse building!

Help,
I have move some buildings so that I can delete 1 storehouse!
This is not possible its disabled. This problem has 3 of the 12 storehouses.

What can i do?

I think it's happend by the move building option.

if it's last storehouse in that sector, it can't be deleted. Each sector needs atleast 1 storehouse (major is storehouse also)
