About Getting back "Building Licence" after demolishing building.

I have a problem about getting back "Building Licence" after demolishing the building: copper mine, and iron mine for example.

I saw in the FAQ of game "Gain a "Building Licence"(BL) after a building been demolished", But when my mines (copper and iron f.e.) run exhausted I did not take any of BL . I asked my friend in game and the same situation, he did not take any BL back too. I dont know it was a bug or the mines were not the building in the list that could be given back a BL, or I could simply not take back the BL by destroying building.

Please help, my account is in nothisle realm 2.

When a mine depletes, the game gives you back the licence then, not when you demolish it.
You would only see the licence come back if you demolished the mine before it ran out, if you are demolishing after that, you've already got it back.
