Troops lost in transfer (Not assigned)

Just for some info
Today i cleared an (invited) adventure VTV, i had 121 Soilders left on the island.
I finished and the troop transportation showed the regular 1,5 H for the troops to move home without beeing assigned to a General.
Direcly after i was invited to new adventure and it was finished prior my troops from adventure 1 arrived back home.
Now theyre dissapeared in space. I asume this is possible a bug in the game.
121 Soilders and some Recruits got lost in this incident.

Short summary:

Invited adventure finnished.
Troops in transport home (not assigned to any General).
New invited adventure finished prior troops arrived from adventure 1.
Troops lost in "space"

I had the same experience with Outlaws, after the adv. was completed I had all 250 xbows there, when they arrived back, there was 103 missing, but according to support, they were killed, which means they died after the adv. was over, and unless i had a snapshot of the full adv. they would do nothing.

What is the point, they think all players are liars and cheats.
