Small production of resources

I have one big problem. Anytime I find marble deposit and marble masons qarry it (I think the verb is quarry, if not, correct me, I'm not english), I don't have so much of marble and it's quickly used and I have no marble. The same about iron and raw copper. It's quickly quarried and used, so I don't have so much swords and tools how much I need. I play bad or it's in game settings or anything else... Somebody help? Thanks
P.S. If you don't understand it, sorry, I can reexplain it or something like this... I'm not english so it could be problem :D

you need to have the right ratio for building placement.

Bronze swords:
1 x Copper mine
3 x Coking plants or 1.5 x Coal mine
2 x Smelter
2 x Bronze weaponsmith

and use buffs to get more of resources
