do you have selected friend list?

you can only see them, if you have them friend selected and you have them as friends (not ALL or GUILD)

In my experience it works till you have about 9 members in the guild and then breaks, same has happened with each of the 2 guild i've been in and my own guild.

You can get around it as killste says by friending everybody in your guild but would be nice if they fix so that it works when you exceed 9 members

Hi mrsupizdomaterno,

If you look here (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/18944-Dev-Diary-July-August-2012) then look for "Further outlook" you will find "Fix for the online display of friends" it appears to be placed some time after September although that is only my surmising from the items above being dated and apparently on schedule. So this bug is a known issue and has been placed in the list of items to be fixed
