Hi,

Just found out that i can't zooming in and zooming out with my scroll in mouse, + and - working well. Cant scroll chat window either. I restarted router, pc, cleaned cache and checked all programs working in background. I think Lag is bigger than usually today as well. It taking 0.5-1 sec when you hovering over the buildings before it flash. Anyone with similiar problems? This morning everything was working well.

Regards

Blant

Hi Blant,

I cant say I am experiencing similar problems.

If your mouse operates perfectly on other websites, I suggest you contact support for further assistance :).

Same issue here with chrome, scroll works everywhere else, just not in game. I have heard reports of the same issue with Firefox, in global-3, guild, and help chat. Also I have heard people saying the it may work in FF but not in chrome and vise-versa. I have deleted cache, restarted, re-installed flash but to no avail. It looks like a server issue to me. This is in Sandycove btw. Also there seems to be alot of lag and lag when you scroll the mouse wheel.

Ok guys, mine works fine using the latest Firefox 15.0.1 on my Mac Pro.

You can check your version by going to 'About Firefox' in the web browser drop down menu.

Please make sure you have the latest version - if you do and the problem still persists, contact support and they'll assist you further.

Reply from support saying that they having quite few people reporting this issue and it might be caused that too many people playing same time, it should be ok later on. Anyway thats what support says.

To many people playing at the same time, [censored] kind of response is that. Typical Fail Support!

LordGreyBrush please refrain from using profanity.

Thank you,

I was having the same issue. I cleared the cache and cookies then refreshed and it seemed to do the trick.

Hope this helps some of you

I'm still having this problem. The same on 2 computers both using firefox, one windows 7 the other windows xp. I'm also getting some lag, clearing cache hasn't helped.

i switched over to the latest version of firefox. Scrolling with mouse wheel works now again. But Firefox is so slow and laggy it pains me to use it. TSO takes an extra 2 min to load compared to chrome.

For Firefox users there's an add on called "Memory Fox" that might help a bit with the lag.
