how about the support?

I send multiple emails because I have not played the whole weekend because off an error on traitor island, but they are not responding...

I can't login, have lost 4 generals en my army and can't play the game

support opening hours are 11am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Gmt +1. Support try to reply in 48-hours, so they are not working in weekend
