gold created from coinage buff disappeared when buff finished.

I decided to give my coinage a run last night in preparation for the halloween super buffs. Everything was going fine but after clicking out of the game and then back in again i noticed that the gold i had created with the buff was gone it was only 8 coins as it was a sandwich buff but i'm wondering if this is a bug. This happened after the buff was finished.

I've experienced buffs on friends buildings disappear after logout. Maybe it's something related. It's frustrating tho, I've lost plenty of baskets that way :(
