night time effect..

you know this night time effect they have over the full map that can only be got rid of by a sun buff?



i was wondering.....would the developers make the night time effect a permanant feature? i love it, i really do...and im bored of seeing bright sunshine all the time :(

I have the opposite problem...my map is always dark, how can I get back sunshine?? I wanna see sunshine :) Is there any switch?
