hello,i was told by technical suport to look up for BB_Ravel for my chat issues.i am acussed of advertising a 3rd party software,but i never done that in this game,i swear.i live in a room with 14 people,and my pc its ussualy used by them,pls understand,i really need chat for making friends...

Try going to notifications - at the top of this page (right hand corner), click on it, then inbox and then send new message - it's pretty straight forward

It's the weekend, and I really can't believe support told you to look on the forums, this is a matter that can only be dealt with through a support ticket.

That was taken from the chat log, if you wish to appeal this then you need to contact BB_Ravel using the forums. Support are in no way able to remove or shorten any bans put in place on the chat system.

Support can't in no way reduce or remove a ban, we are willing to contact the community team on your behalf to find out what the ban was for and the duration, we can even ask for bans to be lifted but the final decision is with them. BB_Ravel is the Game Master and has account in game on all servers.

From a support point of view we have asked for the ban to be lifted, but due to the nature and reason for the ban it will not be removed at this time.
