Metal tooth.

How do I defeat metal tooth? I have followed all the advice on the forum I can find and used the combat simulator. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if there is a glitch? Can anybody help me please?

Quite similar to what I did indeed.
1st: 115 Rec, 85 Cav
2nd: 120 Rec, 15 Cav, 65 Longbow
