Problem with trade; outlaws adventure

I am trying to set up a trade in the trade window; selling my "stealing from the rich" and buying outlaws. The only problem is that I can't set the "price" to be any adventure; I can set the "offer" to be any of them though.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

There are a few adventures that you get as loot from others (Motherly Love etc...), that you can sell if you have them, but you can't select them in the "wanted" side of the trade window, same as the 'epic'buildings. At the moment, all you can ask for is the adventures that are displayed.
Only way around this is to use the trade section of forum, or global-3, and find someone who has what you want for sale, then do the trade privately.

That is what I have been doing but...

Outlaws is not a reward quest. And other people can and have been asking/offering it in the trade office. It seems that this is a bug that is not affecting everyone...
