The Great Discovery -lvl 17 HELP

I've a problem that I cannot seem to solve, on lvl 17 I'm been asked to supply fisherman with 2 settlers and 50 tools (this is a quest) and although both bars are green for settlers and and tools (and I've sufficient in storage) this quest does not go into completion and I wondered if there is anything else that I need to do in order to full-fill this quest. It seems I'm stuck on this one......HELP.........

Yeah, I'm Lvl24 and the "Great Discovery" quest is bugged, so doesn't show a Pay Resources button when you reach your targets.

This is a longshot but you can try clear your browser cache and then relog.

I'm on level 25 and i think its holding me back from other quests

Actually, you can now dubbelclick on any of the 2 resource-requirements, by doing this on the bottum of the quest appaers a green 'tick' symbol, click once on this and voila, it's solved.
