Gem reward at level 33 not received

I leveled to 33 yesterday, but have as of yet not received the 170 gems I was supposed to get. I did claim the reward and the quest has disappeared from the menu, having been replaced with the "level to 34" quest.

The gems would be added straight to your total,at the top of your screen not in a mail or sent to your star menu,if you feel sure you didnt get them,you would need to mail support,as they are the only ones who can deal with issues of this nature ;)
