bug quest true friends

this quest requires a friend buff a production building 3 times,which a friend has done but it do niot register for the quest as being done.

is this a bluebyte production or a BUGbyte one?

Just so many bugs,and yeah i know its a beta.And the product goes on retail in less than a month,seriously!!!

Depends whether this is a waiting quest?
If it is, then you have to complete the outstanding daily quest that came before it first.
