But here is some info about x-mas event:D

Christmas tree (small) : just for decoration 60 Presents
Christmas tree : just for decoration 40 Presents
Snowman : just for decoration 30 Presents

New building :
Deerstalker Hut : produces meat automatically, without need of a meat deposit 590 Presents

Other buildings :
Recycling manufactory : produces coal without needing resources 230 Presents

New buffs :
Christmas feast : increases output SIXFOLD for 2 hours 50 Presents
Cookies : Triple output THREEFOLD FOR 32 HOURS 80 presents
fermentation accelerator : use on brewery and it quadruple output for 24 hours : 60 Presents
A thousand Snowflakes : use it on tavern to let it snow on your isle : 50 presents
Solar Flare : Removes the snow from your isle : cost 1 fish



And of course you can buy presents:
40 presents for 100 gems
100 presents for 300 gems

YOU CAN NOT MAKE PRESENTS :( only buy or get with QUESTS

Can the explorer bring back presents as he could last year?

The Christmas event is on the test server right now, it includes one adventure. Recycling plant is limited to one and non-tradeable, Deerstalker limited to three and also non-tradeable.

And you get 30,not 40, presents for 100 gems

Can you get a new 4th recycling plant if you already have 3?

They've also brought back the 'marble to granite' feature in the Prov House, but unfortunately, this time, it also costs a lot of presents to use, so really doesn't seem worth it.

How does the Deerstalker Hut - is it like a Silo - replenishes a Meat Deposit or like a Recycler - just churns out meat? Also, can it be upgrades / buffed?

Hello fishslice,

The Deerstalker Hut is similar to the Recycling Manufactory, it produces meat at no cost.

It can be upgraded to level 5 and buffed, check my sheet to see the upgrade cost - Building Upgrade Cost (http://tiny.cc/qw4uhw) :).
