This bug seems to have become more common but unlike with generals and provision hour where eventually it solves itself when you encounter it on the trade system it seems to go on indefinately, 15 minutes after it occured (took a screenshot after 5 minutes and then resized and found a host etc) its still showing.

Could we get a fix please that doesn't require refreshing since that's the only way i've found of fixing this one.
I had this when I logged in this morning, the egg timer continued for a good 10 minutes, even after I closed it for 5 minutes,I reopened trade tab and it was still spinning

it doesnt just affect trade, it does it on loading troops for an adventure as well. The only solution i have found is to refresh and clear browser :(
I'm quite sure this is a typical example of a database locking issue.
In the meanwhile I found two reproducable situations:
1)
- No settlers available
- Build a well
- Wait until a new settlers becomes available; it will start 'walking' towards the well
- During the walking, you can select this settler in your barracks and e.g. assign him as a recrute.
- The system tries to put the recrute in the queue, but at that time the settler arrives at the well.
Result: a "minute long hour glass"
2)
- 25 settlers available
- Build a well
- Wait until a settler starts walking towards the well
- Now make 25 recrutes in the barracks
- Settlers arrives at the well
Result: a forever hour glass, only cancelable by closing your barracks window, which cancels the assignment of the 25 recrutes
Weird....this has been posted 7 months ago, but not a single remark mentioning when, what or how this will be picked up.
Too much to ask?
It happens from time to time, a refresh normally fixes it, not sure where the lag is, client side or server side

And closing most pc games and re-opening them generally fixes there minor bugs (i.e. a work around) but that's not a solution.
So will a solution be incoming any time soon?
