Homepage and forum

What happend with the homepage and forum ?
Both are very slow to open it
The homepage (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/homepage)
take more then a minute to open also the forum (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/) take a lot of time

I should point out the servers are live but they're experiencing lag.

French is down, German is barely working, and this takes an age to login, but won't actually load the game.
