problems connecting to game

Please, be so kind and announce on top in the forum whenever there is a problem with the server. Now we have to search through every topic, whilst a simple icon on top in the forum saying server online (green button) or server not reachable (red button, blinking).

Aye, it's a fair point, unfortunately when the server crashes or experiences serious overload (like yesterday).
I cannot provide the information myself :(

However this is a valid point, I will try and inform you as soon as there is an emergency.

its down for me at the moment i know its not the cache and cookies as i did that thee other day. tried signing in for the past 4 hr no joy. then managed to sign in but says problem connecting to the game. its been running really slow for the past few days. loads of other members complaining about the lag and time it takes to sign in. but i havent been able to get in for 4 hr. ive uninstalled my browsers re installed everythings clean no joy

and as a side note i can sign into the american servers, strange

Yes, both the English and French servers are in trouble, just like last night. The german ones are running, but very very laggy.
Just waiting for the game to load the homepage images from the static3 server is taking forever, wonder if this is causing a timeout on other actions?

Like past 3 days I'm experience serious trouble in entering the game.
