Quest not starting: Free the home zone -> More sectors

I'm presently lvl 25 and have cleared zones, 7, 5, (4), 3 & 2, everything but zone 9 is explored.

As best I could tell, that should have triggered this quest to appear, but so far it hasn't. Anyone discovered a workaround?

Same problem here - the quest is set to come on when you have 3 sectors rather than 3 or more. It should come up as cleared if you already have all sectors explored I would have thought.

This is a known bug, I sent a ticket to support last week and they are "investigating the issue"

Is the quest still locked, or are you unable to complete the quest?
Could you provide a screenshot of the quest in your questbook?
